Eating Disorders
Adults, Teens and 20-Somethings
A 27-year veteran in the field, Vicky has built an extensive experience base in treating mature adult women, troubled adolescents, and solution-focused twenty-somethings. She excels at establishing relationships with hard-to-reach clients. She has special training and experience with eating disorders and is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapy practitioner. Vicky believes that yoga provides a extraordinary bridge between the body and the mind, enabling the identification and release of restrictive and maladaptive patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior. In therapy, she uses a wide range of body-based and mindfulness approaches to restore unity to body, mind and spirit.
